Staffing is adequate but can be tight when workers are off sick.

Staff we spoke with told us they thought there were enough staff, sometimes people may be off work due to illness. Staffing levels were not considered to be an issue for staff.

Only standard training and supervisions with no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

The provider was committed to providing staff with suitable training to effectively undertake their work in supporting people. The staff training matrix we viewed showed that refresher training was identified.

Varied activities but no dedicated coordinator or specialist therapeutic programmes mentioned.

There are activities every day, loads going on... art therapy and massage therapy as well as visiting entertainers and events... animal therapy.
