Not enough organised activities, so the role is mostly routine personal care with limited variety each day.

People told us there were not always enough planned social and leisure activities. They enjoyed the activities and special events which they took part in but felt more needed to be organised.

Staffing is adequate but sometimes stretched, especially weekends, leading to waits for care.

Medication processes have some gaps like unclear instructions and missed safety alerts.

There was not a clear process for managing medicines safety alerts. This meant that they did not always identify and respond to risks.
