There was less use of agency staff since the last inspection and permanent staff had been successfully recruited... “There is not a lot of change with the staff. They are a consistent team.”

The service made sure there were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff, who received effective support, supervision and development. Staff had received training in equality and diversity.

The registered manager had introduced improvements... Staff members’ comments included, “The manager is open and approachable”, “The manager is fair but firm if needed” and “The manager is accessible and responds.”
