Some staff feel treated unfairly due to favouritism and cliques, and don't always feel heard when they speak up.

Staffing is adequate with enough experienced staff, but no details on low agency use or great team stability.

There were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff, who received effective support, supervision and development.

Some risk assessments lack enough detail to fully guide staff on managing risks safely.

Some other risk assessments needed more detail to guide staff fully. For example, we discussed 1 risk assessment which did not give clear guidance for people not to use the stairs in question.
