People received safe care and support by staff trained to recognise signs of abuse or risk... Risks to people's health, safety and welfare were assessed and managed... We observed medicines being given safely... Accidents were recorded, and lessons were learned.
Managers and senior staff created a transparent and honest culture for people and staff that was focused on ensuring everyone had the support they needed. Staff and visitors said that the home was well-led and that there was an open-door policy.
There were enough suitably qualified, competent, skilled, and experienced staff to support people safely. Staffing levels were based on people's support needs. These levels were reviewed daily.
