Staffing levels are usually fine but staff say they sometimes struggle when residents need two carers together.

We received mixed feedback from staff about staffing levels... could struggle when people required the support of 2 staff.

Only standard training like dementia care and refreshers, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

Staff received training relevant to their role, including training in diverse needs, such as dementia. Training was kept under review and refresher training provided as required.

Activities have coordinators and include singing, games and exercises, but no special innovative programmes.

Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: There were two activities coordinators who ensured activities were covered seven days a week... singing and dancing... entertainers, make things, play games.
