Risks to people's health and safety were assessed and a range of detailed risk assessments were completed... Medicines systems were organised, and people were receiving their medication when they should.
Staff told us there was an inclusive and relaxed atmosphere in the home. One staff member described Hawkstone House as, 'Like a family. Everyone helps everybody.'
