No permanent manager in place, so leadership feels temporary even with some support from the provider's team.

At the time of our inspection there was not a registered manager in post.

Safety issues like missed repositioning, wounds from poor care, and weak safeguarding mean higher risks in your daily shifts.

There were a high number of skin integrity issues... repositioning charts there were frequent gaps... Due to the lack of ability to recognise and report safeguarding concerns, this was a breach of regulation 13.

Not enough staff at times, especially nights, leading to longer waits for call bells and rushed care.

People gave mixed views about if there were enough staff to meet people's needs... call bells were not in reach... typically answered in 5 minutes or less. There were times when the bell rang for longer.
