Staff training is not up to date for everyone, many overdue on refreshers like health and safety and infection control.

Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: Staff training had not been kept up to date for all staff. The staff training records showed a significant number of staff were overdue for refresher training in health and safety, infection control and fire safety.

Activities are regular but basic like outings and one-to-one sessions, no dedicated coordinator or specialist programmes.

Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: people enjoyed going to local places of interest and participating in one to one activities with them. Some people had an individualised timetable of activities they participated in during the week.

Staff supervision is inconsistent, not following the policy with gaps over the last year.

Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: The provider's staff supervision policy was not being consistently followed... Over the last 12 months the staff whose records we checked had not been regularly receiving supervision.
