People were given their medicines safely and as prescribed... effective systems in place to monitor and mitigate people's risks and there were a series of audits in place.
Staff members told us they felt supported... The culture of the service was also open, transparent, and homely.
There were enough staff on duty to meet people's physical and emotional needs... On the day we visited, there were enough staff on duty... staff had time to... sit and chat with them or join in the activities.
