The provider was previously in breach of the legal regulation in relation to risks related to the security of the home and the management of medicines. Improvements were found at this assessment and the provider was no longer in breach.

Staff told us their workload was manageable. Staff told us they felt supported by the management team. One staff member told us, 'I love working here.'

Staffing was provided by a consistent team of staff. They were effectively deployed to provide timely support... There were appropriate staffing levels and skill mix to make sure people receive consistently safe, good quality care.

Feedback on the registered manager was positive. One person told us, '[Registered manager] manages by working alongside staff, and she makes time for us.' Staff felt supported, able to raise concerns and said that they would be listened to.
