Working at Greenway House Residential Home

There were procedures in place to protect people from potential harm. Staff knew how to recognise and report potential abuse. Risks to people's health and wellbeing were considered, assessed and reviewed.

One staff member said, 'It's a good place to work, I am very happy. If I have any concerns with anything I can discuss them. We try to sort things out and that works for everyone'.

There were sufficient suitably trained staff available for people and they did not have to wait for support.

Staff received training that helped them offer support to people. Since our last inspection training had been received in key areas such as safeguarding and MCA.

The management team were available and visible during our inspection. Staff felt supported by the providers with opportunities to raise concerns in team meetings and supervisions.
