The provider had a proactive and positive culture of safety, based on openness and honesty. Medicines were safely administered to people and managed to a good standard.
Staff told us the service was a good place to work and staff felt supported as an employee. One member of staff told us, “It is lovely to work here and make a real difference to people.”
There were enough staff to provide safe care and people did not have to wait to receive the support they needed.
