The provider had a proactive and positive culture of safety based on openness and honesty... Medicines were safely managed and stored with accurate records kept... audited weekly.
Graysford Hall had an open and supportive culture... Staff told us the provider and managers respected and valued them. A staff member said, “I’m treated well, as are others. I’m happy. I have plenty of support.”
Managers used a dependency tool to calculate the number of staff needed... Existing staff, rather than agency staff, were used to cover staff holidays and sickness. Staff told us they usually had enough time to spend with people.
