People were protected from the risk of harm and felt safe. Staff were aware of how to raise any safeguarding concerns. Risk assessments provided guidance to ensure staff could provide safe care. Medicines were managed safely.
People, relatives, and staff told us they felt supported by and could approach the registered manager with any concerns they had.
Whilst we received some mixed feedback about staffing, during the inspection we observed sufficient staff to respond promptly to people's needs... there was sometimes a language barrier with agency staff.
