The registered manager was a visible presence within the home and led by example. Staff told us '[Registered manager] is extremely passionate... very approachable. Spends time on the floor and knows people.'
The service employed an activities co-ordinator... A range of activities was on offer according to people's wishes, including games, exercises, musical events and outside entertainers... quizzes, trips out, parties.
Night shifts do not have enough staff and use agency workers sometimes, so you might be stretched thin overnight.
