The registered manager and deputy managers had oversight of the service and demonstrated a clear commitment to improvement; however, quality assurance systems were not fully effective and records were not always accurate.

Dedicated activity coordinator; programme includes Elvis impersonator, outings to aircraft museum, gardening, clay modelling, one-to-one sessions, and sensory garden.
