Staff numbers are enough to meet needs and get adjusted when required, but no info on staff staying long-term or agency use.

People, their relatives and staff told us there was enough staff available to meet people's needs. The provider regularly reviewed staffing... staffing was increased to reflect this.

Training includes induction, ongoing courses and some specialist topics like dementia care, but no funded qualifications or career development.

Staff received a comprehensive induction... ongoing training... one staff member told us, “The training has been brilliant, it’s in-depth and you can ask questions”.

Varied activities like gardening, book clubs and community visits with animal therapy, but no dedicated activities coordinator or named specialist programmes.

The service provided many activities which included, chair-based exercises, gardening, poetry, book clubs... links with the local community trust and football club... allotments, singers and animal therapists.
