We did find several errors relating to administration of medicines which were addressed at the time of inspection. We found one exception, where risk was not well managed and placed a person at risk of harm with a food allergy.
Staff enjoyed working at the company and felt well supported. Staff morale has really improved, the new staff are really positive and we all work as a team and no one is isolated or moany.
