People were not always kept safe from the risks associated with fire. For example, a fire safety door was propped open with a chair.
The atmosphere at the service felt relaxed and friendly during our inspection. Most staff told us they felt comfortable raising concerns with the provider and the care manager.
People were supported by enough staff to meet their care needs at the service, and the provider completed recruitment checks to ensure staff were suitable for their role.
