Only basic activities like church services, boat trips and singers, no regular programme or coordinator to make the role more interesting.

People told us that the enjoyed the activities available at the home. Comments from people included "I thoroughly enjoy Holy Communion", "I enjoyed the trip on the canal boat" and "The singers that visit are very good".

Staffing is adequate but with some COVID pressures that needed special measures, nothing about low agency use or stable team.

The provider told us they had measures in place to mitigate the risks associated with COVID related staff pressures, we were told that staffing issues had not affected service delivery.

Only standard mandatory training and basic supervision, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

All staff had completed an induction and completed mandatory training for their roles. Staff supervision took place regularly and also an annual appraisal.
