Safeguarding processes were in place. Risk of abuse had been minimised because staff were aware of safeguarding policies and procedures.

Members of staff commented, 'Management are supportive', 'This is an easy place to work, with people who were welcoming, friendly and supportive', 'We all work well as a team'.

Staff continued to receive the training and updates they required to successfully carry out their role. Training records confirmed this was the case.

The management of the service employed two activities coordinators who planned and facilitated a number of group and individual social activities.
