Robust safeguarding systems were in place... Risks to people had been considered... Where accidents and incidents arose, used as an opportunity to make improvements, for example initiatives to reduce falls including Tai Chi.
The registered manager had developed a culture in which it was safe to discuss issues and concerns. Staff we spoke with felt they were able to raise concerns and these would be listened to and addressed.
