There were sufficient staff to meet peoples needs... The service was using a small amount of agency staff but they told us that they had recently recruited to the vacant posts

Records showed that staff had access to a range of training... We identified some shortfalls in the matrix where training was not up to date, but we received assurances from the registered manager that they had a plan to address this

The activities programme was on display... We observed some people listening to music, others undertaking crafts and some accessing the external spaces. Two people told us how much pleasure they got from being able to do gardening
