There was a strong sense of 'family' and teamwork. Staff were proud of the work they did... Staff told us morale was excellent amongst the staff.

There were enough numbers of staff to meet people's needs... People were supported by a consistent team of staff that knew their needs well.

People were supported by staff who had received exceptional training... bespoke to the needs... received local and national recognition... Provider had won the Prince's Trust Award for innovation in training.

The registered manager and extended leadership team offered excellent leadership... They were very much part of the overall care team at Foundation House. They were very involved in people's care, visible and approachable.

Dedicated technology development team... adaptive controls... positive impacts on people's sitting balance, hand control, and concentration... ability to eat independently had improved.
