There were systems to identify when people needed safeguarding and staff understood their responsibilities to keep people safe. Where there had been medicine errors these had been identified, investigated and appropriate action taken.
Staff said they felt supported to raise any concerns and would feel confident to Whistle-Blow if they felt they had to. Staff said the registered manager was supportive and approachable.
