The service did not always act on concerns about safety and did not always investigate and report safety events. Lessons were not always learnt... Not all areas of the service were maintained to promote effective infection prevention.
All staff told us they felt supported by the management team. One staff member said, “Management is really good and get things done. Staff morale is good, it’s a lovely bunch of staff everyone helps everyone.”
The provider made sure there were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff... Relatives told us they felt there were enough staff to meet people’s needs. They seem to keep their staff.
There were enough trained staff with the right skills, qualifications and experience. Managers made sure staff received training and regular supervisions and appraisals.

People were encouraged to take part in movement sessions and quizzes... They take them out once a month to shop at M&S and every Sunday they send me photos of what they have been doing in crafts. We observed people going out for walks.
