Medicines were managed safely and people received their medicines as prescribed. We identified some issues, such as several temperature records of the medication room which were in excess of 25 degrees celsius.
Staff told us morale was good as they had a strong team who worked for each other. Staff felt their work efforts were appreciated by the management team.
