The management team promoted a strong caring, person-centred culture where people and staff felt valued. Staff were passionate about their role and placed people at the heart of the service.
The service did not use agency staffing. Staff told us they were happy to do overtime if there was ever any unforeseen absence, to ensure people received care from staff who knew them.
