Working at Fairview

Systems were in place to help protect people from the risk of abuse. Staff had access to safeguarding and whistle blowing policies and understood their responsibility to report any concerns. There were systems in place to ensure lessons were learned when things go wrong.

Staff told us they enjoyed working at the service and we saw they had formed good relationships with people they supported. Staff spoke knowledgeably about tailoring level of support for each person.

Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: People were supported to take part in activities and went out into the local area with support when required. People told us they really enjoyed the activities and this was evidenced by the feedback forms completed by the activities co-ordinator after specific sessions.
