"Staff feel supported by management and enjoy a positive culture, but medicines records issues and limited activities need attention."

However, we raised concerns with the area manager regarding staff signing the medicine records for the day after the inspection... lack of clear records for medicines leaving and being returned... The area manager acted at the time of the inspection to ensure the safety of medicines.
