Only basic outings to shops and parks, games like skittles and occasional parties, no specialist programmes or coordinator to vary the role beyond personal care.

Enough staff to meet needs but uses agency workers sometimes even if they know the home.

Agency staff were used when needed. The agency staff were familiar with the home and cared for the same people, to help with the continuity of care. The staff described working as a close team to help cover the rota.
