People were enabled to follow a variety of interests and activities as independently as possible. On the day of inspection one person was at the main site another person was working at their voluntary job and two other people had gone to play badminton.
Staffing is adequate for safety but staff sometimes work alone, even with on-call support.
Although at times we are lone working, we have a really good on call system, there is always support available if you need it.
Only standard training like safeguarding and infection control, plus supervisions, but no specialist courses or funded qualifications.
Staff had received safeguarding training and had a safeguarding policy and procedure to support their practice. Staff completed training in infection control.
No dedicated activities coordinator or special programmes, just helping people with their own interests like sports and jobs.
