"Staff receive strong training and supervisions in an open positive culture with supportive management, but safety risks from poor risk assessments and unsafe premises need fixing."
Risk assessments were in place for people, but these did not provide adequate guidance about how to mitigate risks associated with violence and aggression. Infection control is not fully in place with missing signs, no visitor PPE at entry, and gaps in cleaning schedules.
