The role is mostly routine personal care with basic activities like bingo, park visits, shopping and colouring, no dedicated coordinator or specialist programmes to make days more varied and fulfilling.

Each person had an activity plan in place and people were engaged in activities such as bingo, playing a game, visits to the park and the local community, shopping, colouring and going on a trip.

Only standard mandatory training and some specialist awareness courses like autism and mental health, no funded qualifications or career development paths.

Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: Staff also completed training considered mandatory such as safeguarding adults, medicines, infection control... Other training such as awareness of mental health, autism, dementia, learning disability... Regular supervisions were carried out.
