The provider had a good learning culture and people could raise concerns. Managers investigated incidents. People were safeguarding from avoidable harm and abuse.
Staff told us they felt supported in their role and their suggestions about the service provided were listened to. This included in staff meetings and one to one supervision meetings.
There were enough staff with the right skills, qualifications and experience, and the management team kept this under review.

Some building safety issues like cleaning and hazards were spotted and fixed right away during inspection.
