Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: People told us there were usually enough staff to keep them safe. One person said, 'It was a bit up and down when they first opened but for the past few months staffing is good.'

Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: Staff told us they had received training in areas such as safeguarding, mental capacity, mobility and dignity. One staff member said, 'We have our mandatory training and update training. In addition, every two weeks the registered manager will do themed training.'
