Medicines were managed safely... However, we identified a concern regarding how staff were recording... PRN medications... the provider needed more robust risk assessments... for supporting people on day trips.
There was a positive, caring culture which achieved good outcomes for people. Staff comments included, 'It is a good place to work, the managers are helpful and anything you need you can always ask. Honestly, everyone wants to be here it is a good home'.
There were enough suitable staff to meet people's needs and keep them safe. People told us staff were available when they needed them.
