We observed there to be enough staff available to support people safely

Only standard training and induction, no specialist courses or funded qualifications

All staff had received a comprehensive induction which included training in a range of care related topics

Basic activities like games, knitting and outings, but no dedicated coordinator or special programmes

Other examples of scheduled activities included knitting, parties, hand massage, walks in the park and going to the local café
