We spoke with and observed the 2 activities co-ordinators who we found to be enthusiastic and engaging. They were offering activities such as meeting animals from a petting farm, creative art and clay modelling sessions.
Activities happen but are mostly group ones and often don't go ahead as planned, leaving residents waiting around and shifts feeling routine.
Improve the timetable of activities. Sometimes several of us are hanging around. It says that it is [a planned activity] and nothing happens.”
