Safeguarding: The provider did not share concerns quickly or appropriately as required. For example, a review of accidents and incidents revealed one person had 26 falls, 5 of which had resulted in significant injuries. However, neither CQC or the local safeguarding team had been notified.
Most of the staff we spoke with said they did not feel supported or appreciated by the management team, a situation which had worsened following a change in manager. One staff member said, 'Lots of staff are not happy now, morale has gone down'
