Medicines were ordered, stored, administered and disposed of in accordance with best practice guidelines... Accident and incident records were fully completed and regularly reviewed by the registered manager.

Staff had undertaken additional training that included epilepsy awareness, dysphagia, non-verbal communication, autism awareness and dementia care... Records showed they received regular supervision by the nurses.

Staff told us the registered manager was approachable and they felt confident to raise any concerns they had. They told us their ideas and suggestions were encouraged and welcomed.
