People and staff told us they lived and worked in a safe service. All staff had undertaken training in safeguarding adults from abuse, they displayed good knowledge on how to report any concerns.
The atmosphere at the service was open and inclusive and both people and staff told us they enjoyed living and working at the service... "we're like a big family".
The home had a stable staff group; the registered manager told us that no agency staff had been used and staff turnover was extremely low.
