No regular activities programme, so most days are routine care with people staying in their rooms.

A few people told us they would like to have more in-house activities... relatives said '[The staff] maybe could do more activities, [the person] never tells me that they have done things, and when I visit, most people seem to be in their rooms.'

Medication records often have gaps, like missing details on PRN use or reasons people refused meds.

We found some gaps in medication administration record (MAR) sheets. Staff did not consistently record... rationale for refusals. PRN protocols did not always contain personalised information.

Gaps in specialist training for staff, like substance misuse and crisis prevention needed for residents.

10 staff did not have the substance misuse updated or completed. 7 out of 17 staff had not done this training yet.
