People were safeguarded from abuse and avoidable harm. Risk assessments and care plans contained sufficient detail and guidance for staff to respond to risk effectively. Accidents and incidents were recorded and analysed to ensure risks were identified and mitigated and lessons were learnt.

Per 2023 comprehensive inspection: Staff told us the provider and registered manager were approachable. One staff member said, 'The management team are very receptive to our ideas and concerns; they always listen to us and check back to see if things are working well.'
