The manager is fairly new and some improvements are still bedding in, so leadership is competent but not yet strong.

Staffing is adequate but uses agency workers who don't know residents well, adding pressure on the team.

Activities are basic like games and music with a new coordinator just starting, so the role is mostly routine personal care right now.

Activities were available to people who used the service and the provider had recently appointed a new activity coordinator to develop the opportunities on offer.
