Activities are basic like skittles and parties, but people often spend long periods sitting with little to do so your shifts would mostly be routine personal care.

People joined in with planned activities, although at times we saw other people spent long periods of time in their chairs with little to do.

Medication storage is not fully secure, like the trolley in the dining area which could be risky or accidentally moved.

the medicines trolley was kept locked at all times, but stored in the dining area, which was both a potential risk for security of the trolley, and a hazard should it be accidentally pushed.

Quality checks and audits are not always thorough, so problems might not get spotted or fixed quickly.

Regular audits were completed, although these needed to be more thorough, for example, to identify weaknesses highlighted during the inspection.
