Working at Druid Stoke Care Home

People were protected from abuse and avoidable harm. Staff had completed training on how to safeguard people. Risk assessments were completed and followed... Where incidents and accidents had happened there was action taken to prevent this from happening again and learning shared with staff.

Staff surveys were completed with the team. A score of 80 plus put the home as one of the providers top scoring homes... demonstrated a strong culture within the home where the team were committed to safeguarding, knew how to speak up and felt that their well being was supported and treated fairly.
