No permanent manager in post yet, and staff feel the company cuts costs without enough support.

The service had appointed a new manager, who had applied to become the registered manager; staff said 'it is the company... cutting costs and the morale of the staff is being beat down.'

Staff often feel there aren't enough of them, especially at mealtimes, with lost staff not replaced.

Staff told us, 'We have lost staff who are not being replaced,' and 'The mealtimes are a bit of an issue, sometimes there is not enough of us to go around.'

Medications not always stored or handled safely, and gaps in care like long delays turning high-risk residents.
