No permanent manager in place, provider overseeing directly for now.

The service did not have a registered manager at the time of the inspection and had not had a registered manager in post since May 2023.

Not enough staff at night for people needing two-to-one help, plus agency used for sickness.

At night time, there were less staff available to support people and this meant that people may have to wait for support. There were 2 members of staff deployed at night time and there were 3 people who required the assistance of 2 staff.

Gaps in specialist training for learning disabilities and autism, though a plan is in place.

Training records did not show that all staff had completed training for learning disabilities and autism.
